Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

Shipping Fee:

• Standard Shipping: €5.90 (Free for orders over €300)
• Express Shipping (optional): €10.90

We use trusted local carriers such as Posti or Matkahuolto to ensure secure and timely delivery.

🌍 Shipping to other EU countries (if applicable)

Delivery Time: 5–10 business days

Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on location

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

📮 Order tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

🚚 Failed deliveries & returned packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a pickup point, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

❗ Damaged or lost packages

We take great care in packing your order. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We’ll investigate and assist you with a replacement or refund.
