These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases and website usage on Moslin.fi, owned and operated by Bowl Enterprise (“Moslin”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing the website or placing an order, you accept these Terms. Please review them carefully before using our services.

Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse Moslin.fi, including actions that compromise security, disrupt service, or involve unlawful activity.
We may restrict access to users who violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent behaviour.

Ordering & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase under these Terms.
After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.
A binding contract is formed when we send a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

• stock availability is incorrect
• there is a pricing or product error
• fraudulent activity is suspected

You will be notified promptly and refunded where applicable.

Product Images & Descriptions

All product images, videos, and preview material on Moslin.fi are provided for illustration purposes only.
Due to lighting, screen differences, and natural material variations, minor differences in colour, tone, texture, or size may occur.
These normal variations do not constitute defects under consumer law.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT.
Accepted payment methods: Stripe, Klarna, and PayPal.
We do not store or process your card details; all payment information is handled by secure third-party providers.

Prices displayed at checkout are final for confirmed orders.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within the European Union.

• Order processing time: 1–3 business days
• Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days
• Shipping costs: displayed at checkout

Delays caused by courier issues, customs, strikes, or factors outside our control do not constitute grounds for compensation.

Transport & Delivery Issues

All shipments are insured until delivered to the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 14 days.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Finnish Consumer Protection laws.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, you may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Returned products must be:

• unused and unworn
• in original condition
• with all packaging, tags, and accessories

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges are not offered; please return the item and place a new order.

Defects & Warranty

Under Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki), Moslin is responsible for defects that:

• existed at the time of delivery, or
• result from manufacturing or material faults

The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or natural variations in materials.

To report a defect, provide your order number and photos so we can assess the issue.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible; the return policy applies.

Limitation of Liability

Moslin is not liable for:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• losses unrelated to the purchased product

Our total liability is limited to the purchase value of the item.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, or disruptions in transportation networks.

Data Protection & Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.
However, no online service or technology is 100% secure, and you accept the inherent risks of transmitting information online.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account login details.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Finnish law.
Consumers may contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
The version active on the date of your order applies.
