Returns & Refunds Policy – MOSLIN

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and obligations when purchasing from MOSLIN (www.moslin.fi). It applies to all customers within Finland and the European Union.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Return)

• Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• To exercise this right, you must notify us (customerservice@moslin.fi) within 14 days of delivery.
• You then have another 14 days to return the product to us.

2. Condition of Returned Goods

• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/labels attached.
• Handbags must be returned in their original packaging, including dust bags (if provided).
• If the product has been used or damaged, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly.

3. Return Costs

• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
• If a faulty or wrong product was delivered, MOSLIN will cover return costs.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
• We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return.

5. Exchanges

• Direct product exchanges are not offered.
• If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at customerservice@moslin.fi.
• You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund according to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

7. How to Initiate a Return

To return a product:

1. Email us at customerservice@moslin.fi with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for confirmation and instructions.
3. Ship the item to the provided return address in Finland.
