Terms & Conditions – MOSLIN

1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the MOSLIN online store (www.moslin.fi). By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Products & Prices

• All product prices are shown in euros (€) and include Finnish VAT (25.5%).
• Delivery costs are displayed separately at checkout.
• We reserve the right to update prices and correct errors in pricing.

3. Orders & Contract

• Orders are placed via our webshop (www.moslin.fi).
• A binding purchase agreement enters into force once the order is confirmed by MOSLIN.
• The customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Payment

• We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), online banking.
• Payment service providers ensure secure processing of transactions.

5. Delivery

• Products are shipped to Finland and other EU countries.
• Delivery times are typically 2–7 working days within Finland.
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

• Customers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of receiving the order.
• Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/labels attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was faulty.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Complaints & Warranty

• If the product is defective, please contact us immediately.
• Customers are entitled to remedies under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

8. Liability

• We are not liable for indirect damages or losses beyond statutory rights.
• Product images on the webshop are for illustrative purposes only; slight variations may occur.

9. Data Protection

• Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy (GDPR compliant).
• Data is used only for processing orders, customer service, and marketing (if consented).

10. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by Finnish law.
• Disputes shall primarily be resolved by negotiation.
• Customers may also contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or use the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
